Kid Friendly Smoothie - Nigermany

Smoothies are a delicious and nutritious way to start your child’s day. If your home is anything like mine, it can be hard to get your little one to try something new – especially something green and new. “Ew no” is a common phrase thrown around in our home especially followed by the sound of […]

cleaning schedule for a working mom

I imagine that I am much like other working moms where their home looks like a tornado hit it by the end of the day. No shame! We’re all in the same boat. I imagined that I would be one of those moms who could always keep her house clean no matter the number of […]

Making time for family This year I’ve decided to try something new. Rather than being dictated by my work calendar from sun up to sun down, I made a conscious effort to begin my day with two hours of family time. It’s literally on my morning calendar for not only myself but my entire team […]

For years now, my husband and I have been talking about getting land for our family. Partly because I’ve recently taken a strong interest in gardening and self-sufficiency. The other part is because we think it’s the wisest investment you can have to secure your future in an uncertain world. The challenge however is that […]

Knowing what the best template for their business is and how it works are two of the questions I get asked all the time.  I understand how overwhelming the idea of starting a business can be – especially a service based business. This can lead you to believe it costs thousands to get started and […]

What Is Client Experience? Often when I say “client experience,” I am returned with bored faces who assume I am talking about customer experience and customer satisfaction. We all have flashbacks to receive idle-faces handing us a receipt and robotically saying, “if you go online, you can fill out a survey and tell us how […]

more on me • more on me

I'm Janiece

I didn't always have this life. The income on my own terms, the calendar that answers to me, the years I get to spend with my family instead of an office desk.

A few years ago, my boss reminded me during workplace mandates: "You may not have a choice." She was right. And it made me rebuild everything. So we started small. One bill at a time. Whatever we were renting, leasing, or financing, we set out to own outright. Each thing we paid off was one less dependency. Enough of them, and we became income-optional in a few short years instead of waiting until 65.

Today, that quiet stacking is why I run my own business, raise my family on our terms, and teach thousands of families to do the same.

Wife, Mother of Three, and former tech exec
